Brief Biography:
Mr. Franklin was born in 1934 and graduated from the Boalt Hall School Of Law, University Of California, Berkeley. Admitted in to the California Bar in 1967. He is currently Deputy District Attorney of Santa Barbara and is working with the prosecution of the case against Michael Jackson.
