Day 15: MOTIONS - Jackson Prosecution Tries to Substantiate Case by Looking to the Past

Day 15 in Michel Jackson’s trial consisted of a series of motions and decisions pertaining to, the 1993 case, the possible fingerprint contamination of the evidence and Mr. Jackson’s finances, among other things. On the heels of two weeks of highly contradictory testimony from the accuser and his siblings, the prosecution, once again, asked the judge to consider bringing in the alleged, but never charged, 'prior acts' levied against Mr. Jackson, in an attempt to substantiate their fledgling case.

Yesterday's day in court saw one of the many celebrities listed on the possible witness list testify, followed by a former maid of Michael Jackson's Neverland Valley ranch. Fritz Coleman, who works as a weatherman for KNBC as well as being a stand-up comedian, discussed his interaction with the Arvizo family when he met them in 1999 through Jamie Masada's comedy camp for underprivelaged children, according to the Associated Press. He said he helped the Arvizo children form comedy routines as part of the camp and found them to be "personal and polite and charismatic."
Day 14: Michael Jackson's Former Housekeeper Says She Never Saw Mr. Jackson Serve Alcohol to a Minor

Day 14 in the Michael Jackson trial was highlighted by two very important statements by a former housekeeper at Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch who testified Thursday. Firstly, she said that she had never seen Michael Jackson serve alcohol to a minor. Kiki Fournier said children who remained at Neverland anywhere from a few days to months at a time would sometimes stay in Mr. Jackson's room, and she described kids running willing there without parental supervision and little discipline from Mr. Jackson, being permitted to stay up late, eat candy, watch movies and play games.

Michael Jackson's Accuser Gavin Arvizo finished his testimony yesterday after finishing cross-examination by lead Defence attorney Thomas Mesereau and then redirect questioning by District Attorney Tom Sneddon.

Day 12 of Michael Jackson's trial began with the fourth and last day of testimony from the accuser. The teenage boy who says Michael Jackson molested him left the witness stand Tuesday after telling jurors that he denied the abuse to a school administrator because he was tired of the other kids making fun of him.

Michael Jackson has been starting his trial days by praying with the Rev. Jesse Jackson, Raymone Bain Bain shared on Tuesday. Michael Jackson periodically consults Rev Jesse Jackson on both spiritual and personal issues, said his pubicist, Raymone K. Bain. "He speaks to the Rev. Jesse Jackson often. They've known each other for a long time."
