Michael Jackson Grand Jury Hearing Testimony

March 31, 2004

A grand jury hearing testimonies involving the current case against Michael Jackson have reportedly heard from the Accuser making the allegations, according to Sky News.

It is also rumoured that Jamie Masada, the comedy club owner who claims to have introduced the Accuser to Michael Jackson, and whom has been on television frequently since the allegations broke, has also testified.

The psychologist who first reported the allegations to the authorities has also reportedly testified. The grand jury are rumoured to have began hearing testimonies on Monday, and according to CNN, attorney Larry Feldman (who represented the Accuser in 1993 as well as the current Accuser) apparently testified on this day.

If prosecutors obtain a grand jury indictment they would not have to present evidence at a preliminary hearing to determine if the case should go to trial. However, a preliminary hearing date has been scheduled for this coming Friday, April 2nd.
