New Twist on the DCFS Memo and Michael Jackson

According to a CNN report, there seems to be an issue over the legitimacy of the interview that was conducted by the DCFS we the teenage accuser of Michael Jackson in February, 2003. The report states that an employee of Jackson's was present in the room during a portion of the interview conducted by the child welfare agency workers and that the presence of this employee was "intimidating."

Obviously the DA will use this information to cast doubt upon the result of the report in which the accuser and his mother stated that nothing iimproper had happened nor were the sexual abuse charges brought up.
